This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of petitioner's Appeal No.B/1805 of 2015 seeking rectification of wrong entries made in the revenue records in favour of 6th respondent.

Now, learned Government Pleader submits that the said appeal was disposed of on 21.10.2017 and in view of the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.
