HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 24502 of 2002 O R D E R:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are working as Sub-Staff (Safaiwala) and challenging the action of the respondents in not regularizing their services, the present writ petition is filed. The learned Standing Counsel for Central Bank appearing on behalf of the respondents has contended that the 1st petitioner is not working and the 2nd petitioner has already withdrawn the writ petition by virtue of the order dated 11.08.2004 passed by this Court.

Having considered the rival submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met if the 1st petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the respondents, and on such representation being filed, the respondents shall engage the 1st petitioner in any vacancy if exists and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

AKS,J WP_24502_2002 As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
