Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C') by the petitioner - accused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.184 of 2013 pending on the file of learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120(8) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 28 of A.P. Apartments (promotion of Construction and Ownership) Act, 1987.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.
Since the crime is of the year 2011 and charge sheet was filed in the year 2013, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending and the same is liable to be disposed off. However, in the event of parties compromising the matter, they are at liberty to file fresh criminal petition before this Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off, i i As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
