HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1912 of 2001 ORDER:

1.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 16.2.2000 passed by the 3rd respondent in A.P.S.E.S.A.No.8 of 1999. 2.

The petitioner herein filed appeal against respondents Nos.1 and 2 before the 4th respondent-Assistant Commissioner of Labour & Authority challenging his illegal termination of services and seeking reinstatement with all consequential benefits. As no relief was granted to him by the 4th respondent, the petitioner approached the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent fixed Rs.25,000/- towards compensation to be paid to the petitioner apart from other dues payable to him. Being not satisfied with the said order, the petitioner filed this writ petition. 3.

When this matter has been taken up, the learned Counsel appearing for respondents Nos.1 and 2 submitted that he does not have any instructions and that the 1st respondent-organization is not in existence. 4.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the order under challenge, this Court does not find any grounds either to interfere with the order under challenge or to enhance the amount awarded by the 3rd respondent.

6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ Justice Raja Elango Dated: 23.2.2017.
