THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 135 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 12.10.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.33027 of 2017.

Respondent No.1 filed a counter-affidavit, wherein it is stated that a final report in Crime No.176 of 2017 was filed on 12.02.2008 before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kanigiri.

In view of the above, the order, dated 12.10.2007, has since been complied with.

Hence, the contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies, in accordance with law, with respect to the aforesaid final report.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
