HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26158 OF 2015 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of First Information Report against petitioner Nos.2 and 3 herein in Crime No.1003 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, L.B. Nagar, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 504 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Sri G. Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the petitioners and the unofficial 3rd respondent have settled the matter amicably between them by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 27.05.2019, whereby the petitioners are required to withdraw this writ petition, whereupon the unofficial 3rd respondent would withdraw the complaint lodged against the petitioners herein which is subject matter of the present writ petition, and, accordingly, he submits that cause in this writ petition does not survive, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission is accorded and accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the interim order dated 19.08.2015 granted by this Court vide W.P.M.P. No.33972 of 2015 stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
