HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2436 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

The investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, Rangareddy District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos.8,12 and 13 in Crime No.204 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
