No representation on petitioners' side on call' On the other hand, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits, on written instructions, that the charge sheet is frled and, thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move a fresh Criminal Petition, in case cause survives' 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending' if any' shall stald closed.
