ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ petition is pending since 2005. Today, when it was called out, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not getting any response/instructions from his client.

It appears that vide order, dated 24.01.2006, interim stay was refused. In view thereof, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition further and hence, he is not coming forward to give instructions to his counsel. We are therefore constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
