THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.155 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful violation of the order dated 12.10.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.37157 of 2018. In the said I.A., the petitioner sought for a direction to allow him to perform the duties as Field Assistant of Yelmalamanda Village, Chandampet Mandal, Nalgonda District, by suspending the letter dated 25.09.2018 and consequential letter dated 03.10.2018. This Court, vide order dated 12.10.2018, granted interim direction as prayed for.

Learned Standing Counsel produced the proceedings dated 08.03.2019 of the Programme Officer, MPDO, Chandampet Mandal, wherein the petitioner was allowed to perform the duties as Field Assistant. Learned Standing Counsel also informs the Court that vacate petition is filed and the same is pending consideration by this Court.

Since the petitioner is already allowed to perform the duties as Field Assistant, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear that continuance of the petitioner as Field Assistant with all benefits shall abide the result of the Writ Petition. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date:03.06.2019 KH
