HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3885 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners - plaintiffs challenging the order, dated 30.04.2016, passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 - cum - VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, in I.A. No.642 of 2016 in O.S. No.546 of 2006, whereby the petition filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, O.S. No.546 of 2006 itself was dismissed without costs on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
