THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.14192 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus by way of issuing direction to the respondents not to demolish the pan shop of the petitioner situated by the side of Kalimetha Temple near RTC Bus Stand, Bhramarambhapuram, Krishnalanka, Vijayawada, Krishna district.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that since the pan shop of the petitioner is located by the side of RTC Bus Stand, it is causing obstruction to the traffic on the highway road, as such, the same was removed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In those circumstances, the action of the respondents in removing the pan shop of the petitioner cannot be found fault with.

Hence, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
