Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home and the learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not taking any action on the representation dated 06.05.2016 made by the petitioner for transfer of investigation in Crime No.289 of 2015 of Police Station Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 504 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 from the 4th respondent to any other sincere officer in the interest of fair investigation, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondents 1 to 3 to take action against respondents 4 and 5 in accordance with law for adopting illegal methods and making rigorous efforts to protect the accused by consciously derailing the investigation process.

4. Having regard to the manner in which the investigation is being done in the present crime, learned Government Pleader submits that if any representation made by the petitioner is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and

without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 06.05.2016 made by the petitioner seeking transfer of investigation, as early as possible, in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
