This contempt case was filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 13.11.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9485 of 2005. By order dated 02.12.2016, this Court admitted the contempt case and directed the appearance of the respondents on 20.01.2017. While so, Application No.25 of 2017 was moved by the respondents stating that they had complied with the order dated 13.11.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9485 of 2005 and praying for closure of the contempt case dispensing with their presence on 20.01.2017. Along with the application, supporting material was filed in proof of the compliance. Sri M.C.Acharyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly concedes that the order has been complied with and the petitioner has been offered employment.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case does not survive for consideration on merits.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. The respondents are not required to be present in person on 20.01.2017 as directed by this Court. Application No.25 of 2017 is accordingly ordered. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR Date:19.01.2017 GJ
