THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8632 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.100 of 2016 on the file of Tada Police Station, Tada, Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 I.P.C.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. Case of the prosecution is that on 8.5.2016, the petitioner hacked the de facto complainant with a knife on his head and below the left eye with an intention to end his life and caused bleeding injuries due to some money transactions.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offence alleged against him and he has been falsely implicated in the present case; that the petitioner will cooperate with the investigation and will not flee from the hands of police.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Still the injured is in the hospital with serious injuries. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
