Heard Ms.Nimmagadda Revathi for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners aggrieved by the inaction in considering and disposing of representation dated 27.07.2016 filed by petitioners for continuing to retain the classification and also extent for the purposes for which they are intended in Sy.Nos.189/ 1 and 152 of Chinakandlagunta Revenue Village, Kondepi Mandal, Prakasam District, filed the present writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader in spite of efforts could not get instructions on the stage of consideration of representation dated 27.07.2016 but seeks further time.

This Court is of the view that instead of granting further time, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit representation dated 27.07.2016 by enclosing a copy of this order within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are directed to consider and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
