This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the sixth respondent authority in not investigating into the Crime No.297 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 337 and 304 (A) I.P.C of R.G.I Airport Police Station and bringing the culprits to book and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 6. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 30.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner a case was registered in Cr.No.297 of 2019 under Sections 337 and 304 (A) I.P.C on the file of R.G.I Airport Police Station on 22.06.2019 wherein a vehicle has dashed the petitioner's brother vehicle from behind as a result of which the petitioner's brother and sister-in-law received bleeding injuries and his brother succumbed to injuries in Osmaniya General Hospital while undergoing treatment and his sister-in-law is in coma. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that the matter was investigated and obtained CCTV footage and the investigation disclose that one Jilleli Praveen Kumar was the driver of the said vehicle and the said vehicle involved in the above offence was seized and sent to motor vehicle inspection and a notice under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C was served to the driver of the said vehicle and the investigation in the matter is completed and the charges will be finalized.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that investigation in the matter is completed, it is needless to mention that the authorities will finalise the charges in the matter as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
