When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that wrong averments are made in the writ petition and documents enclosed do not belong to petitioner and seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.
