This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A2 & A5, in Crime No.363 of 2017 on the file of Karimnagar-II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District. The offences alleged are under Sections 342, 384, 506 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Learned Public Prosecutor brings to the notice of this court Court earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.P. No.11029 of 2017 was filed by these petitioners and the same was dismissed. 4.

A perusal of the order shows that the petition was dismissed based on the merits of the case.

When such is the position, the criminal petition cannot be entertained at all.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering themselves before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
