Heard Sri J.C. Francis, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent - State of Telangana and perused the material on record. 2.

In this Criminal Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/A.1 seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.53 of 2017 of Elkathurthy Police Station, Warangal District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 307 r/w. 149 of IPC and the investigation is reported to be pending. 3.

Having regard to the gravity of the offences alleged and pending investigation, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. 4.

Accordingly, while dismissing the Criminal Petition, the petitioner/A.1 is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned and seek for regular bail, in which case, the Court concerned shall dispose of such bail application on merits on the same day. ________________________________ JUSTICE U.
