Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Transport submit that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.21627 of 2017 by order, dated 03.07.2017. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the 2nd respondent for release of the vehicle bearing No.AR01H-6473 and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
