THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 737 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 23.01.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.42519 of 2016.

By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent Corporation to consider the representations, dated 24.10.2016 and 21.11.2016, submitted by the petitioner.

The respondent filed a counter-affidavit specifically setting out that after considering the representations of the petitioner, taking note of the fact that the petty shop in question was obstructing the ingress and egress to the petitioner's property, the same was removed.

In those circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the contempt case is accordingly closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
