This Writ Petition is filed by three individuals, who claim to have been engaged by respondent No.1 in a petrol filling station being run by it for a brief period from 25.02.2013 to 03.07.2013, feeling aggrieved by the proposal of respondent No.1 to engage workers on outsourcing basis in pursuance of the permission granted by respondent No.2. After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioners, I am of the opinion that the petitioners failed to establish their right for being engaged as workers.

On their own showing, they were discontinued after being engaged from 25-02-2013 to 03-07-2013. The petitioners have not questioned the order of their discontinuance. They have also not relied upon any statutory provisions or internal circulars issued by respondent Nos.1 or 2, under which they have a right to be engaged as workers. In the absence of any such right, no Mandamus can be issued directing the respondents to engage the petitioners as workers.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, dismissal of this Writ Petition shall not come in the way of the petitioners in approaching

outsourcing agencies for engaging them as workers in the petrol filling station of respondent No.1. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3728 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 3rd February, 2016 lur
