ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondents in not considering the representation dated 20.11.2018 made by the petitioner against respondents 5 and 6 with regard to the illegal constructions made in the property bearing H.No.15-4-315, situated at Gowliguda Chaman, Osmanshahi, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.11.2018 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
