Learned Assistant Government Pleader for services by producing copy of G.O.Rt.No.88 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (B1) Department dated 15.02.2018, submitted that under the said G.O., the service rules of Lab Technician Grade-II were amended and all the twelve courses approved by paramedical board, which are mentioned at paragraph No.3 of the said G.O., were made qualifications in addition to the qualifications mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.166 HM & FW(B1) Department dated 9.9.2017, for the post of Lab Technician Grade -II and thus the petitioners became eligible to apply for the said post and their applications were also received and would be considered in accordance with law. The above submission is recorded. As the grievance of the petitioners is redressed, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of and the interim stay granted by this court on 23.01.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.1673 of 2018, stands vacated.
