Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application through Meeseva vide transaction ID No.TTMU021800186952, dated 24-12-2018 for mutation of his name in respect of land admeasuring Ac.6-34 guntas in Sy.Nos 390/A5, 303/B2, 102/A2, 150/A2 and 450/A1 situated at Dharmavaram Village, Itikayala Mandal, Gadwal Jogulamba District. But the same was rejected without giving any reasons. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced a copy of endorsement dated 18-12-2019 which also states that the application of the petitioner was rejected due to family disputes and no reasons are given in the said endorsement and it does not indicate what are those disputes, which shows that there is no application of mind on the part of the 4th respondent in rejecting the application of the petitioner without assigning any reasons.

In view of the same, the rejection order is set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner after issuing notice to him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. No order as to costs.
