Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.2 herein on 15.02.2017, which was received in the office of respondent No.2 on 16.03.2017, but no action has been taken by respondent No.2 so far on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein to take appropriate action on the said representation strictly in accordance with law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that if any such representation is pending with respondent No.2, the same will be verified and further action will be taken strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to verify the representation, dated 15.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law

after giving notice to all the stakeholders as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
