THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1726 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on written instructions from the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, that after obtaining permission from the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, police have registered Cr.No.75/2018 on 22.01.2018, for the alleged offence under Section 427 IPC and investigation has been taken up. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
