THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.3380 of 2013 ORDER:

It is stated by Sri Srinu Babu Naidu, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 that the respondent Nos.1

and 2 have no cause of action against the Revision Petitioners and that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 would take steps to withdraw the suit O.S.No.3833 of 2010 on the file of the X Additional Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad filed by them against the petitioners herein.

In view of the said submission, the Revision Petition which arises out of the said suit is allowed and the order dt.20-04-2013 in C.M.A.No.52 of 2012 of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad is set aside. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
