THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 9266 of 2015 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner asserts that pursuant to the notice dated 16.03.2015 issued by the first respondent - Commissioner, Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal, alleging that she unauthorizedly raised Ground + one upper floor slab without permission, she submitted a detailed explanation on 30.03.2015, but, so far, the same has not been considered.

Though this Writ Petition is of 2015, no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents denying the allegations of the petitioner. In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the explanation stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 30.03.2015 pursuant to the notice dated 16.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with respect to the subject property. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
