OFFICE NOTE 10.02.2026 JSR,J Mr.G.C.Raj Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through video conference, submitted that pursuant to the order dated 29.01.2025, he sent personal notice to respondent No.2 by way of registered post with acknowledgment due. However, the same was returned with the postal endorsement "insufficient address," despite the petitioner having specifically mentioned the house number and area. He further submitted that respondent No.2 is intentionally avoiding receipt of the notice.
In view of the same, learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to inform the concerned Station House Officer to serve notice on respondent No.2 and file proof of service.

The Registry is directed to delete the matter from the caption 'for dismissal'.
