HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.23208 OF 2015 ORDER:

With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned standing counsel, this writ petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage.

2. Petitioner claims to be Ex-serviceman. He purchased a house bearing No.1-9-129/17/3/D/10, Part of Plot No.27, Street No.20, Ramnagar, Hyderabad. The total area of plot is 375 square yards. After obtaining due permissions house was constructed. Petitioner intends to construct a compound wall around the said property. On 07.09.2014 application was submitted for permission to construct a compound wall. Initially, a clarification was sought. As requested, revised plan was submitted by the petitioner as evident from the letter dated 10.12.2014. Petitioner claims that so far no permission is granted. He has submitted representation to the Commissioner on 23.03.2015 and reminder was sent on 20/21.05.2015. So far no permission is granted. 3.

As submitted by the learned standing counsel, since representations submitted by the petitioner are pending, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the 2nd respondent to consider application filed by the petitioner for grant of permission to construct a compound wall dated 07.09.2014 and by considering the representations

submitted by the petitioner on 23.03.2015 and 20/21.05.2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No costs.
