Learned counsel for the second respondent reports that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the proceedings are liable to be quashed against the petitioner/accused. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.378 of 2011 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimavaram, against the petitioner/accused.
