This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4gZ of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.4 and 6 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in CC No.2024 of 2018 on the file of I Additional Judicial First class Magistrate, Warangal, which arose out of Crime No.16 of 201g of Women police Station, Warangal District.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject Calendar Case was ended in acquittal on 28.06.2019. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become Infructuous. 3.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
