Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri A. Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC. The main grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that inspite of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 3300 of 2014 and the order passed by the Commissioner in CC No. 197 of 2009 under the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995, the retiral benefits, backwages and other benefits of the petitioner have not been fully paid. Hence, he made a representation to the Regional Manager, TSRTC, Karimnagar Region- second respondent herein on 5.2.2014 in this regard and the same is still pending. As the representation of the petitioner dated 5.2.

2014 is still pending with the Regional Manager, TSRTC, Karimnagar Regionsecond respondent herein, the second respondent is therefore, directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in terms of the aforementioned orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
