This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 1 to 5 in repeatedly denying police permission and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondent authorities 1 to 5 to consider the request of the petitioner for permission for holding in house prayer meeting from 04.02.2020 at about 6-30 pm onwards till 11.02.2020 on 24 hours basis within the premises of the petitioner bounded by 30 Ft height walls with an entrance gate of 40 Ft height. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 5. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the respondent police authorities through Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad vide proceedings No.42/OW/ADCP/SZ/Hyd/2020, dated 30.01.2020, have accorded permission to hold peaceful prayers on 04.02.2020 between 06.00 P.M to 09.00 P.M inside the premises bearing Door No.23-1-1009/13, Moghalpura, Hyderabad 4.

In view of the fact that the authorities have granted permission, though a restricted permission, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed to an extent and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
