SEETHARAMA MURTI A.S.No.406 of 2013 JUDGEMNT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) Aggrieved of the common judgment and decree dated 21.03.2013 passed in O.S.Nos.948 of 2007 and 811 of 2007 on the file of the court of III Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy, the appellantDr.Reddy's Bio-Sciences Limited had filed A.S.Nos.405 and 406 of 2013. During the pendency of these appeals, the parties had entered into compromise and had settled the matter out of Court. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, A.S.No.405 of 2013 is disposed of in terms of the compromise.

The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the disposal of the appeal in A.S.No.405 of 2013, no further adjudication is necessary in this appeal, and seeks permission of this court to withdraw the appeal.

Recording the said submission, permission is accorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this appeal shall stand closed.
