HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.4451 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed. The investigation in this matter shall continue to its logical end. However, the police of IV Town P.S, Kurnool are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
