As there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.02.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 05.03.2018. On 06.03.2018, when the matter was posted, adjournment was sought for and the matter was posted to 13.03.2018. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for Dismissal', there is no representation either for the petitioner of his counsel both in the morning and in the afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.
