HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.20296 of 2001 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in terminating the services of the petitioner vide letter dated 08.07.2001 and appointing the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 09.07.2001 on ad-hoc basis as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and contrary to law and in violation of statutory provisions of Regulating, Recruitment & Termination of Private Aided Institutions Rules, and also violation of Articles 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand dismissed.
