When the matter is taken up for hearing on 08.02.2023, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sfr respondent submits that Sth respondent died on 26.08.2OL1 and he furnished the particulars of the legal heirs and also fiIed memo vide USR No.97375 0f 2022 0n 01.11.2022 to the counsel for the petitioners. In spite of the same, the petitioners have not chosen to take steps to bring L.Rs of R-5. To give one opportunity to the petitioners, posted to 10.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On LO.O2.2O23 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, To give one more <rpportunity to the petitioners, posted to 14.02.2023. 2.
But today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in the morning and afternoon sessions. 3.
In view of the same, it clearly shows that the petitioners are not having any interest to prosecute the matter. 4.
