2. The petitioner has not filed the material papers before this Court on which he wants to rely upon. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if he is so advised.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
