In view of the common order delivered today in W.P.No.14010 of 2018 and batch, upholding the validity of the Amendments, which were impugned in those Writ Petitions, no direction, as sought for, can be granted in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
