O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the applicant in O.A.No.8960 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which was disposed of vide order dated 26.09.2014 directing the Principal, Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad, to refix his pay in UGC Scales of 2006 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.242, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (A.2) Department, dated 04.09.2010 within a time frame. Seeking implementation of the aforestated order, this writ petition was filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) fairly states that the aforestated order has attained finality as no writ petition was filed by the authority challenging the same.

That being so, in terms of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana to a Division Bench of this Court, comprising the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Sri Justice U.Durga Prasad Rao, which was duly recorded vide order dated 30.09.2016 in W.P.No.31905 of 2016, it is not open to the authority to fail to implement the final order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authority concerned to abide by and implement the order dated 26.09.2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.8960 of 2012 expeditiously and, in any event,

not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
