(Per Honourable Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Counsel for petitioner filed the letter dt.12.02.2020 stating that the matter has been settled amicably out of Court and the bank also offered One Time Settlement and that the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner who reiterated the contents of the said letter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
