Sri Mehar Baba, learned counsel representing Sri V.V.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that they are unable to contact their clients and he is left with no option but to report no instructions.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 25.03.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
