Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is about non-disposal of the Revision filed by him before respondent No.1-State of Telangana, Rep.by its Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce (M.I) Department, Hyderabad.

Considering the nature of the relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 1 to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner, by following due process of law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
