ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings dated 07.01.2016 in Crl.R.P.No.38 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Krishna, Gudivada.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A1 to A4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

3. Specific allegations were made in the complaint against the petitioners. The truth or otherwise of the allegations can only be decided during course of trial. This Court is not supposed to make a roving enquiry into the allegations made in the charge sheet. I see no ground to quash the charge sheet.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the Junior Civil Judge - cum - Judicial First Class Magistrate at Vuyyur, Krishna District, to dispose of C.C.No.482 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, without insisting for the presence of petitioners 1, 3 & 4/A1, A3 & A4 on each and every date of hearing. However, the 2nd petitioner/A2 shall appear before the Magistrate concerned during the course of trial.

5. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
