It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel - Smt.K.Aruna, that vide proceedings Rc.No.A3/309/2015, dated 12.04.2016, the request of the petitioner is rejected by the Executive Officer - 3rd respondent and a copy of the same is also placed on record. In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the above said proceedings dated 12.04.2016, if he is advised to do so.
