THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRL.P.M.P.NO. 3626 OF 2017 IN CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2655 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl..P.No.2655 of 2017 by order dated 06.04.2017.

While enlarging the petitioners on bail, this Court directed the petitioners to report before the S.H.O., I Town Police Station, Adilabad on every Saturday between 10 a.m. to 12 noon for a period of two months or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.

The petitioners' contention is that the first petitioner being an advocate is facing inconvenience to attend the court on Saturday. Therefore, sought for relaxation of conditions imposed by this Court. Learned Public Prosecutor contended that the petitioners are proposing to go to Dubai in search of employment and therefore, the conditions cannot be relaxed.

The petitioners were enlarged on bail on 06.04.2017 imposing the conditions referred above and they are complying the said conditions since 06.04.2017 and the said two months period will expire by 06.06.2017 and if for any reason, the charge sheet is filed, the petitioners are not required to comply the direction. Therefore, the petitioner No.1 being an advocate facing inconvenience to appear before concerned S.H.O. on Saturday is not a ground to relax the conditions imposed by this Court. Further, in view of apprehension that the petitioners are likely to move Dubai, the conditions

imposed on the petitioners cannot be relaxed. Therefore, I find no ground to relax the conditions imposed by this Court.

In the result, the petition is dismissed.
